LunarShift provides lead generation and online advertising services that help businesses connect with qualified prospects across multiple advertising channels. Our services include:

• Lead generation through social media platforms

• Display network advertising campaigns
• Lead qualification and verification services
• Analytics and reporting tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must contact our sales team and be approved for service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at our sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a pay-per-lead basis with the following pricing structure:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Display Network Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet our quality standards, which include:

• Verified contact information
• Confirmed interest in your product or service
• Compliance with targeting criteria
• Legitimate opt-in through our advertising channels

If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. Our data practices include:

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LunarShift excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
